Memorandum of Commitment

between                                                 The UsuryFree Network

and

in regard with the SDI (Self Directed Income) opportunity:

1.                    The UsuryFree Network agrees to support                                                       with the
                       building of his/her SDI "Freedom" Pyramid. As part of this support The UsuryFree
                       Network will "re-educate" people within the "Untax/Detax/Refusetax/Antitax" Movement
                       about the absolute necessity to mobilize and expand our numbers by networking a selected
                       SDI opportunity. Those who are not yet ready to become SDI entreperneurs will be invited
                       to support the mission of The UsuryFree Network by transferring a minimum of one hundred
                       dollars of monthly shopping to a participating Independent SDI Representative from The
                       UsuryFree Network.

2.                    In exchange                                                        agrees to gift 13% from each SDI paycheque
                       to The UsuryFree Network for its mission to usher in a new age of "peace and plenty" by 2020
                       whereby we will buy and sell with a "usury-free" currency. This 13% will be used to fund those
                       natural persons who are leading the CCRA court challenges, to post billboards in strategic
                       locations all across Canada and to purchase full page advertisements in mainstream Canadian
                       newspapers.

3.                    Both parties accept to sign this Memorandum of Commitment.

DISCLAIMER: The respective SDI opportunity, offered by whatever SDI company is operating in compliance with the Government of Canada.
