Hello:
I am now placing the names of all who wish to continue to
help me spread the message onto my new web-pages as "distributors".
(The "Distributors" page should be functional by next Wednesday.)
The membership contribution is now $175.00 which includes $25.00
for a new and totally plasticized card which you'll agree is very
professionally done.
All distributors keep $75.00 each and mail $75.00 per
participant to IHH.
I am asking that all previous arrangements stop whereby
new distributors paid a portion to those who introduced them
to IHH as it is not truly fair or proper that anyone seek
an "add-on" re-imbursement for that which should be a labour
of love based on higher principles and understanding of "DUTY".
More to the point is the reality that those who are actively
promoting IHH are now spending huge sums on photo-copying etc.
and can use the few extra dollars to defray such expense.
Now . . on to the new "mechanics" . .
The distributor secures a recent colour photo and a signature
on a blank piece of white paper from the participant. He / she
then calls me, secures a registration number with respect to the new
participant and then mails the photo, the strip with the registration
number written on it (but not near the signature as it must be scanned
onto the plastic card), and the participant's name neatly spelled out
as it should appear on the card and enclose a $25.00 Postal Money order
made out to:

Further, in order that I be able to have some "personal time"
available to me, I will be mailing a set of ten "Mankind//Mancruel"
books with the very first order of any distributor who wishes to
continue under the new arrangement.
The books will be charged at $7.50 each and shall constitute the
majority of that which will be provided to new participants BY the
distributors. (My new web-page at http://www.taxrefusal.com/

have everything anyone needs to assist them as they decide to
confront the embedded insanity that now so curses our world.)
ie.
1. The new "cost" is $175.00 of which $25.00 is for the new card.
2. All distributors keep $75.00 per new participant.
2a. The distributors provide me with the new member's name, phone,
address and e-mail. I leave it to the distributor to ensure that
the new members will sign and mail their "Statement" to the government.
2b. I shall be giving everyone sufficient copies of that statement
with the first delivery of the ten books.
3. All distributors mail me $150.00 when they first secure their
next participant; of which $75.00 goes into the IHH kitty for
THE court battle and to keep the effort going, and the other
$75.00 is for the first set of ten books.
4. While I do not object to the inclusion of related materials
with IHH material, I do stress that no one be left with an
impression that they must join some other program in order
to participate in the Tax Refusal.
5. With regard to the possibility that some are overly angry
at a government that is so corrupted that it has, in turn,
corrupted Canada's Courts, I STRESS that no member of
International Humanity House is permitted to advocate
violence (Don't even think of it!) as a means of
accelerating the arrival of the day upon which
the whole of humanity must face a decision to
USE, OR DISMANTLE, all nuclear and other
Weapons Of Mass Murder.
The change in distribution arrangements reflects my need to see
that all are treated fairly with respect to their efforts. It is
also my hope that I be able to use more of my time to focus on
the Statements Of Claim by which we will best be able to confront
the world's governments and the specialized form of societal
insanity that so curses all; and to do so at increasingly
higher and more effective levels.
Should any present distributor NOT WANT their name to appear
on my web-pages (Which will soon be seen by thousands on a daily
basis.), please inform me by e-mail or phone. Please note that
I shall be away for two or three days starting approximately
30 mimutes from now (4:33AM July 20th 2000) (Also the anniversary
of Castro's first large scale attack on Battista's bully-boys in
Cuba in 1956).
