Who Is Dave Lindsay?

Dave Lindsay is one of Canada's leading activists. Investing years of research into local and national archives and law libraries across Canada, he has been instrumental in locating information necessary to expose the criminals in our governments.

In addition, Dave has been active in the courts in fighting for the rights of all Canadians against Canada's unlawful income tax, provincial drivers' licence frauds, corruption and abuse by our police, as well as the unlawful blanket searches currently being implemented or under consideration at all major court houses in the country.

Having a good understanding of the leagl system, Dave has been able to help Canadians across the country with various important court issues. He has also:

-acted as Tom J. Kennedy's agent for his July 20th, 2000 court appearance in Ottawa, Ontario whereby (the applicant) Tom J. Kennedy opposed (the respondents) Canada Customs and Revenue Agency and the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board re: matters pertaining to "illegality and unlawfulness" of the Income Tax Act.

-conducted other constitutional challenges before the courts to regain our right to the free use of the public highways, against the R.C.M.P. (who cannot lawfully enforce the Criminal Code or provincial statutes) and against unlawful searches at our courts.

-authored books and information packages on several rights issues and legal procedures, including Rights Denied, Canada's first and most comprehensive book on your right to the free use of the public highways.

Dave is also one of the leaders of  Individuals For Common Law, an Alberta-based group of concerned individuals who have said enough is enough. Their motto is: "The State cannot lawfully diminish the rights of the people!" and they are currently promoting a "Millenium Rights Revival."

Individuals For Common Law teaches Canadians their common law rights and freedoms, how to lawfully excercise them, and most importantly, how to fight for them if and when our criminal police forces and governments steal them from us. We network with several freedom groups in Canada and are instrumental in showing Canadians that we can get our rights back.

The primary goal of Individuals For Common Law is to work towards a replacement of the current "usury-based" financial system, (which if not corrected, will soon collapse, centralising real asset control into the hands of a few criminals) with a "usury-free" economic system. This current criminal system has been used by the banksters and politicians to enslave the world. 93% of all taxes go to pay compound "usury" on a debt that is mathematically impossible to ever pay off. 95% of our nation's problems emanate from this one source. Our government must issue the nation's credit "usury-free."
