To enrol is defined as 'to insert or enter the name of.' Historically, during the 20th Century, the words 'recruited' and 'sponsored' have been used by SDI (Self Directed Income) entrepreneurs who are building their respective networks by sharing information with prospects.
Being 'enrolled' differs from being 'recruited' or being 'sponsored.' To understand the difference is to empower oneself and others as active and loyal supporters of a selected group or network. In too many SDI opportunities, recruiting or sponsoring has focused on the result you want as an SDI entrepreneur. Enrolling is a 21st Century phenomenon that focuses on the process of serving others - beyond any perceived selfish interests.
I encourage all National Savings Club SDI entrepreneurs otherwise known as 'merchant consultants' to think of enrolling a person as a willing participant who has been sufficiently 're-educated' to a point where s/he is ready and willing to become 'connected' as we-the-people set out to re-build community locally, nationally and internationally.
To be 'enrolled' as a participating merchant consultant of the National Savings Club is far more powerful and effective and more honouring than simply being 'recruited' or sponsored.'
Most people think 'enrollment' is trying to get someone to do what you want them to. That's not enrollment. Enrollment is really getting a person to do what s/he chooses to do after they have acquired new knowledge and/or information. Who could decline to become an active participant with the National Savings Club after s/he learns how to empower her/himself by serving others and making a conscious decision to spend her/his money differently.
Enrollment is defined by Ray Gebauer - a respected SDI leader with the Manatech by these three actions of intent:
1. The first stage of enrollment is 're-educating' a person and sharing information that will empower her/him to do what s/he really wants to do.
2. The second stage of enrollment is encouraging and allowing a person the time to do what s/he wants to do after the initial 're-education' process.
3. The third stage of enrollment is actually empowering a person to do what s/he wants to do when s/he is ready to take action.
Perfect Enrollment is Optional and Includes:
(a) Perfect enrollment is WITH and FOR someone. Perfect enrollment is NOT doing something TO someone. There is never a struggle in the process of perfect enrollment. If there is a struggle, it is imperfect and can be correctly defined as 'survival.' Perfect enrollment is a commitment by the person to be of service to others.

(b) Real power is an ingredient of perfect enrollment. Real power is empowering, as in WITH, never for or against. Perfect enrollment creates the power WITH the person. Additionally, it is essential that there is intent to lead the person to enrol others to do what they really want to do.
(c) 'Coming from' is included in the context of perfect enrollment rather a goal which is usually defined as a place to get to. Perfect enrollment is definitely a 'come from phenomena.'
(d) Confronting things on a straight and honest basis, otherwise defined as 'non-confrontational' straight talk is a necessary element of perfect enrollment and requires a definite amount of courage and integrity.
(e) A state of being which includes natural enthusiasm is an essential component of perfect enrollment. Contrary to excitement which arouses emotions, natural enthusiasm sustains perfect enrollment. This natural enthusiasm becomes a creative energy and a state of being, as opposed to being temporarily motivated by excitement. In summary, a long-lasting, natural enthusiasm is built from within the self, while temporary excitement only has to do with the mind state.
The Role of the Enroller:
The role of the enroller is not to trigger emotion, but rather to facilitate the transformation of the person into becoming who they really are. A perfect enroller awakens the person who is ready and willing to be awakened.
he role of the enroller is to strive for perfect enrollment by motivating a person to move from survival mode to being naturally enthusiastic and thereby ready and willing for immediate future action NOW. A competent enroller causes the person to be altered and empowered in the enrollment process.
We-the-people definitely need to understand and focus on enrollment in order to optimally advance the database that is currently being advanced by the National Savings Club.
