The Municipality at its sole discretion shall judge whether the work experience identified is equivalent in nature to that required on this project. Three projects "of similar nature" are sufficient to demonstrate the experience requirement. The Project Manager shall hold or retain the services of a licensed Professional Engineer holding a valid Certificate of Authorization from the Professional Engineers Ontario, and is required to affix his/her Seal to the report.
