To all honorable American Citizens,
It is with absolute respect, heartfelt emotion and genuine concern that leads me to write
the following. I wish to state here that I include myself in the growing group of serious
Patriotic American Citizens who are reclaiming their own personal liberty and freedom from
a relatively few greedy politicians and corporate executives that have fraudulently seized
power over those they do not have Constitutional lawful jurisdiction. They have also
pirated our newspapers, television and radio. They will control
the internet soon if we allow it. They have also corrupted our election process. They have
stolen our wealth and replaced it with debt, backed up by the very land you live and work
on (you wouldn't have to pay a property tax if you truly owned your land).
What will happen when the people comprehend that their paper money is in reality
worthless? Don't believe me? Try taking any Federal Reserve Note (your cash) of any
denomination into a Federal Reserve bank and ask them to exchange it for the real wealth
it's backed up by.
Will we let it come to having to take up arms to keep our land when the debtors come
knocking at the door? Do you think they will take little rectangular pieces of paper with
green ink on them if there is no real wealth backing them up? We'll be no better off than
if we tried using the leaves that have fallen from our trees!
This being the case, perhaps it's time WE THE SOVEREIGN PEOPLE OF THE 50 STATES finally
come to our senses and file a class action lawsuit in a trial by jury of our peers in a
court of Common Law to force the federal government via court order or settlement (the
specifics of which would be the work of the extremely talented pool of excellent attorneys
and judges
this country is capable of producing) which would consist of returning this country to the
system of government that we granted it LIMITED rights to exercise. The limited
sovereignty WE THE SOVEREIGN PEOPLE OF THE 50 STATES have granted them is for the sole
purpose of establishing justice and peace (not laws for the benefit of corporations or
laws for the sake of laws), providing for the common defense (not bombing other
countries), promoting (not enforcing by a police state) general welfare and securing
blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity (our children).
The defendant in this case would be the incorporated United States (hereafter called
UNITED STATES, INC.) government whose only sovereign jurisdiction includes the District of
Columbia, the various U.S. territories (NOT including the 50 States themselves) and all
property purchased from or ceded by any of the 50 States, such as federal buildings and
military
installations (see U.S.C. title 18 section 7 at http://www4.law.cornell.edu/uscode/18/7.html).
According to "Jurisdiction Over Federal Areas Within the States" which comes out
of the U.S. Government Printing Office (part 2, pg. 107), UNITED STATES, INC. can take
action against WE THE PEOPLE OF THE SOVEREIGN 50 STATES only for the crimes of federal
government espionage, federal government sabotage, destruction of federal property,
interference with the mail and frauds against the federal government. It will be the
argument of WE THE PEOPLE OF THE SOVEREIGN 50 STATES that the UNITED STATES, INC. has
perpetuated a fraud by not giving proper notice to those who would sign away their rights
in exchange for the privilege of being protected by UNITED STATES, INC. rules and
regulations (the I.R.S. is the number one culprit here. See below for some eye-opening
code for starters. There's plenty more if you care to take
the time to look).
It will be (and currently is) the argument of the United States, Inc. to say that we are
in this mess, not because of their own selfish power grab, but because of the people's
failure to take an interest in educating themselves in the law. They will, with some
justification, be correct in this defense because of the following very simple maxims of
law:
(1) "Acquiescence in error takes away the right of objecting."
(2) "He [or she] who consents to an act is not wronged by it."
16 American Jurisprudence 177, 178 states "All persons are presumed to know the law.
If any person acts under any unconstitutional statute, he does so at his own peril. He
must take the full consequences."
Now with that said, you can perhaps begin to comprehend the full gravity of the de facto
situation WE THE SOVEREIGN PEOPLE OF THE 50 STATES have placed ourselves. This is the
fact. This is the reality. We must work within that
understanding if we are to bring about this modern Declaration of Independence in the
courts.
Unfortunately, too many of us are still falling victim to the tried and true tactic of the
ruling elite: Divide and Conquer. Spiritual Intolerance is the tool that most often
becomes the unconscious wedge that divides us and keeps us enslaved. Why should it matter
if you are a Christian, Wiccan, Buddhist, Muslim, Native American, Atheist, Agnostic or
none of the above (the enemy
of my enemy is my friend)? If we do not put aside our differences and come together for
the Liberty of all people, then we have lost before our fight has even begun.
"I think vital religion has always suffered when orthodoxy is more regarded than
virtue. The scriptures assure me that at the last day we shall not be examined on what we
thought but what we did." --Benjamin Franklin
Please, for our children, let us grow up and take back our heritage. Let WE THE SOVEREIGN
PEOPLE OF THE 50 STATES lay down the blueprint for which the rest of the planet can turn
their dreams and visions into reality. And however it happens, the only way it will
succeed is if we do it together under the common bond of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of
Happiness. If we don't, then the "Great Experiment" that is our country is
history.
Remember this: the greatest threat to the status quo is the informed individual.
With love to all,
John M. Novak
