Greetings to Marijuana Party of Canada Members & the "Legalize Hemp" Movement  (which may or may not include members of the Marijuana Party of Canada), Other Officially Register Political Parties, The Cyberclass Network, The "Untax/Detax/Refusetax" Movement and/or otherwise:

At 52 years of age, I am well-recognized as a "non-conformist" and I have come to understand and appreciate the necessity of encouraging creative people to exercise their individual genius. More can be accomplished by one creative genius than by a nation of conformists. Unfortunately, Canada has become known as a nations of complaning conformists. Whether teenagers or senior citizens or anywhere in between - too many fellow-Canadians are quietly coerced by fear (false evidence appearing real) from some perceived or real authority to stay within their "comfort zone" or their "hassle free zone" as defined by David Icke.

Though there are many more, I draw your attention to the work of these three great Canadians, John C. Turmel www.cyberclass.net/turmel   Dan Lavigne www.taxrefusal.com and Eldon Warman www.detaxcanada.org

Each of these creative individuals have taken on a self-imposed mission related to the abolition of "usury" and/or "taxes." Each has invested much of their current lifetime on this planet to better serve fellow-Canadians by teaching the "truth" - something not taught at institutions of formal education.

John exposes the design flaw of "usury" and promotes the "usury-free" LETS software as the optimal solution for correcting the evils of "usury." Dan Lavigne advocates refusing to pay "income taxes." "PST" and/or "GST" to any government (federal and/or provincial) which insists on funding nuclear war. Dan also re-educates about the "fossil fuel" industry and the fast-approaching "shortage of oil" crisis. Eldon teaches you to know and understand your "common law" rights and offers his intensive research about the "illegal and unlawful" Income Tax Act and how to "detax" yourself.

Together, John C. Turmel, Dan Lavigne and Eldon Warman have been directly or indirectly responsible for awakening multiple thousands of fellow-Canadians on related issues. Myself and countless other fellow-Canadians can be very creative persons but we need to be offered space in which to be creative.

Some associates within the "Untax/Detax/Refusetax" and/or the "LETS" Movement have indicated that they are "uncomfortable" with making alliances with The Marijuana Party of Canada. When I ask them why, I usually find out that their rate of "fear" and "uncomfort" is directly related to the misinformation that they were taught about hemp and marijuana in their years of formal education and/or from the mainstream media. I see only advantages when groups identify common goals make alliances to foster their respective missions.

Of course, there is the recreational and medicinal use of marijuana BUT there are countless benefits for hemp as a source of paper, clothing, food, biofuel, etc. Basic to all of the benefits of hemp is that as a natural resource it saves trees and it is much more environmentally friendly than cotton which requires tons and tons of toxic pesticides during the growing season. Making a conscious decision to buy hemp products also supports small, sweatshop- free enterprises. Otherwise, we are knowingly or unknowingly supporting the environmentally and socially destructive corporations - which have CEO's and corporate leaders who take orders from those who control the NWO agenda.

I suggest that wearing and/or buying hemp products is like voting with your dollars.Likewise, I suggest that in the future "votes cast with you wallet" will become more significant than "votes cast at the ballot box." I draw your attention to Michael Linton's (co-creator of the LETS "usury-free" software & "community way") famous quote from 1999:

"Spending money is how you really vote in the world. You do it everyday and it determines how the world works. It is far more significant than how you cast your ballot."

On a final note, readers should be aware that the hemp grown for industrial uses contains insignificant amounts of THC. In summary, industrial hemp is NOT marijuana!

Neither do I expect my associates from within the "Untax/Detax/Refusetax" Movement to limit their associations and alliances with the Marijuana Party of Canada when other officially registered fringe political parties have plenty of mutual goals on their respective agendas.

In fact, I have been suggesting that alliances of fringe political parties be forged well before the next federal election so that all 301 ridings can be covered with one fringe candidate - instead of running four or five fringe candidates in each riding. To do this leaders and administrators of any participating fringe political parties will have to set aside "ego" and work to save Canada from the agenda of the NWO. As we become more enlightened a coalition of the fringe political parties (registered and unregistered) should evolve naturally.

On Sunday, January 14th, 2001 I attended the meeting with Marc-Boris St Maurice (National Leader of the Marijuana Party of Canada) and Hugo St. Onge (Financial Agent of the Marijuana Party of Canada) and the other members of The Marijuana Party of Canada (some from Ottawa, others from Montreal). At that meeting, I sensed that creativity was being shut down instead of encouraged.

This communication is to encourage the administration and leadership of the Marijuana Party of Canada to not fence the membership in BUT give them lots of choices. It is very uncomfortable for me to work with people whom I perceive to be "fencing" me in. I do not like being forced into doing something that I really don't want to do - when I can work with others who encourage creativity and non-conformity.

I held steadfast to the idea of distributing the donations as follows: 20% to the person who collects the donation, 20% to the National Office of the Marijuana Party of Canada and 60% to the local riding association. Though I had to depart from the meeting early to keep a previous commitment, it is my understanding that the National Office is going to impose their agenda of taking 40% for the National Office and leaving only 40% for the regional riding association - contrary to the wishes of the members of the regional riding association who were present at the meeting.

Hearing this leaves me feeling stifled. Does anyone else have similar feelings?

It is my belief that at this time of initial growth the Marijuana Party of Canada needs more creativity from both rookie and experienced members, than ill-informed, fear-based imposed agendas from the National Office. Having been an elementary school teacher for 34 years I can attest that indeed, our schools are turning out people like robots. Being fully aware of the hidden agenda of the NWO (New World Order) to dumb down the population by having them conform (as robots do) to a perceived higher authority I am dismayed to have witnessed the youthful leadership of the Marijuana Party of Canada conforming (because of fear) to what we - and they - should be rebelling against.

I am feeling energized and excited, having retired from my teaching career in June 2000. I have been actively working with the "Untax/detax/Refusetax" Movement in Canada and the USA. I am hoping to be able to make alliances with The Marijuana Party of Canada which is in a powerful, political position to network with both the "Legalize Hemp" Movement and the "Untax/Detax/Refusetax" Movement. Likewise, I am open to making alliances with other officially registered political parties as I have indicated in previous TCN postings.

Some of examples of the mutual benefit of the political "tax credit" tool for participating political parties and those contributors - who are still filing income tax returns :)

1. The Marijuana Party of Canada can aid in the creation of scholarships for students. Any contributor to The Marijuana Party of Canada can donate to the Marijuana Party with a specific direction that the Marijuana Party pay the tuition fees (by cheque) to a specific post-secondary educational institution for the student which would be nominated by the contributor. The contributor receives an official receipt from the Official Agent, which the contributor attaches to his/her annual income tax forms in order to lawfully claim the "tax credit."

2. Any fund raising group in Canada with a bona fide political purpose can work in close co-operation with the Marijuana Party of Canada to fund activities which represent an expression of those political purposes. In fact, the Marijuana Party of Canada has colossal fund-raising potential. In 2001, the political contribution has become the greatest tax incentive for fund raising amounts of contributions within the optimal tax credit range, i.e. contributions of $100 gain a 75% tax credit, and contributions of up to $1075 guarantee a $500 maximum tax credit at the federal level of government.

Any contributor can direct a "gift" to a non-profit organization and simply put their contributions through the Marijuana Party of Canada. This is a very attractive fund-raising alternative to "unregistered organizations" for they can go from having no tax benefit assistance for their donors, to having the optimal political "tax credit".

Contributors should be aware of the tax planning aspects. No contributor is permitted a "double deduction" for both their contribution to the Marijuana Party of Canada, and the Marijuana Party's contribution to the "non-profit" organization. If the Marijuana Party actually pays, the Marijuana Party has the right to the deduction, not the contributor. This rule against "double deductions" naturally applies in all contexts wherein the "tax credit" benefit is sought by the contributor.

3. The Marijuana Party of Canada has the power to direct "block grants" to other persons, who become the employer. Eg. If there is a group of people working on a research project (or otherwise) such as a project to research the "illegality and unlawfulness" of the Income Tax Act, then all committed contributors can organize and contribute to the Marijuana Party of Canada with a written agreement that the Marijuana Party of Canada will turn a high percentage of these directed contributions to the organization working on the project.

There are probably many more creative ways to optimize the mutual benefit of the "tax credit" tool offered to officially registered political parties, such as the creative fund-raising proposal using the LETS (Local Employment Trading System) software as suggested by John C. Turmel. Read it at this URL: www.cyberclass.net/twinning.htm

Of course, each province has its own "tax credit" rules that can likewise be used for mutual advantage of the contributor and the respective political party. More on this later ...

I now refer you to Maslow's theory which states that, within any group or organization, you need to provide enough structure to prevent chaos but not enough to stifle creativity.

I encourage the national administration and leadership of the Marijuana Party of Canada to step out of the way and encourage its free-spirited and creative members (or otherwise) to advance and implement their respective ideas as beta projects which can be reviewed at the annual convention scheduled for June 23, 2001. When proven successful, they can be recommended for implementation by every local riding association across Canada - and by other fringe political parties.

Simple stated, I am suggesting that whatever the Marijuana Party of Canada wants to do - it will NOT accomplish its goals by "autocratic" or "top down" methods. I propose that the local riding members be recognized as more than "passive bystanders" and that their input and/or proposals be recognized in an inclusive fashion. Perhaps I can refer to such inclusion as a "tribal" thing - which worked well for the Canadian and American Indian tribes.

Now LET'S get on with permitting the regional riding association (The Marijuana Party of Canada - Outaouais) MPCO to open their bank account and launch the fundraising proposal using the LETS (Local Employment Trading System) software.

Enjoy this day !!

PS: I welcome other suggestions about how the Marijuana Party of Canada can network and make alliances with the "Untax/Detax/Refusetax" Movement and/or other Movements across Canada. For example, I have been suggesting that an SDI (Self Directed Income) opportunity - otherwise known as "network marketing" or "multi-level marketing" could be created to market a political party - why not do this with The Marijuana Party of Canada? I am sure that readers of this communication can help with finding the necessary resource people to develop the optimal SDI marketing plan whereby we could activate dual accounts for each participant - a conventional "cash" account and an unorthodox "community currency" account using the
"usury-free" LETS software within the marketing and distribution infrastructure. Feedback welcomed ...
