Just a short while ago (1:15 PM), I received an Express Post from a Mr. Richard Warman. He describes himself as a lawyer and of having "a personal interest in anti-racism and human rights issues". In a covering letter, addressed to me, he also says, "I fully support LETS, or barter system as a means of community economic development".

 

I am pleased that Richard tells you that he fully supports LETS, or barter systems. If this is so, I wonder why he spends so much time and energy trying to discredit our work?

 

It seems that you, he and I share at least three common interests. Perhaps if we got to know each other well enough, there are probably other things, on which we could work together for the common good. I will send him a copy of this post. Surely good people should join hands and fight evil together!

 

I agree, that is exactly what I have been doing - 'promoting good and fighting evil' - for 22 years -ever since I read Gary Allen's book 'None Dare Call It Conspiracy' in 1980.

 

In his letter RW makes no mention that he is acting on the behalf of any individual or group. Therefore, I presume that this is personal letter. Is this so, Richard?

 

I am anxious to read Richard's response about whether he is acting on his own behalf or on behalf of the Federal Court of Canada and/or the Green Party.

 

By the way, among other things, the Express Post contained a copy of an E-mail. It is from you, Tom, and dated April 26, 2002. It introduces a long harangue, from an obviously distressed person--a stranger, to me--by the name of Jim Townsend. The subject of JT's letter is DECLARATION OF WAR ON CANADA.  It begins with a quote from the Hon. Jean Chretien about the wonderful things Canada ought to be doing for its children and how we "will protect the weakest in society...a Canada which will be an example to the world."

 

Yes, I recognize the email from one of my very good friends in the 'Detax' Movement whose name is Jim Townsend. Jim lives in Calagry with his wife and his four children. I have known Jim by email for some time. I met him and I spent time at his home in Calgary in February 2002. Jim and his wife and family are honourable Canadian citizens who are being and have been harassed by CCRA for years. Recently, CCRA garnisheed one-half of Jim's wife's monthly pay cheque and now the family was unable to pay the rent and they are being forced out of their home. What CCRA has done and is doing to Jim Townsend's family is deplorable. It is proof that our government is run by tyrants.

 

There is an old saying: "Desperate people will do desperate things." Mr.Townsend sounds like one who is in a state of outrage and despair, and all involved and aware of this need to at least make the effort to think of something that could be done to help solve the problem, before the point of no return is reached. We need to know the reality behind his desperation. It could prevent the kind of dreadful headline we see too often in recent times. At least JT is open enough to put his feelings in writing and he let them be known to numerous authorities. Let us give him credit for this. Perhaps what follows is a cry for help. No cry for help should ever be pooh pooed! 

 

Jim has every right to be in a state of outrage. CCRA is causing great harm to him, his wife and his family. He draws your attention to the Jean Chretien quote because Jean Chretien is doing the exact opposite of what his quote said.

 

Jim Townsend not only expresses his distrust of the government in power--which, by the way, is a feeling common to a majority of Canadians, nowadays--but, shockingly, he also declares Canada to be his enemy, out to hassle him and to starve him, his wife and four children. He is particularly angry at an official of the CCRA, a Mr. R.B. McMeekin. I would really like to know the full story behind the seizing of the "last $3.21 when they knew it was all I had in there (bank account)",  which JT says that the CCRA "stole" from him. Is there any way we can find the truth here, Richard? Surely, if this is true, it is a gross injustice.

 

I can tell you that Jim's story is the truth. BTW Jim Townsend is a genius software creator. He created the Datamorf software which he sells by a Self Directed Income opportunity. Jim is fully supportive of the concept of buying and selling with a 'usuryfree' time currency. In fact, I have previously asked him if he could create the software that would permit us to buy and sell online with 'hours' and 'minutes' instead of 'dollars' and 'cents.' Jim has assured me that indeed, he is fully capable of creating such a software. I have been searching for a philanthropist to be able to pay Jim for his time that it will take to create this 'usuryfree' time currency software. He has to scramble looking for part-time work to earn some money to buy food for his children and therefore as of this date he has not had the time to create this new software. Hopefully, we will find a way to be able to pay him for the time he needs to create the software. Then we will be ready to build the largest database that the world has ever known. It will serve us locally, nationally and internationally and people will be able to support home-based businesses and small community stores. With an option we will be able to STOP buying from the giant retail stores and the big box stores which are connected with the Usury Elites' Group of Companies.

3.) Fred Kyburz has organized the handing out of flyers which tell the truth about the actions of some judges and how they are corrupt. The truth needs to be told to we-the-people that the court system is for the Usury Elites not for we-the-people. I draw your attention to a recently published book by Michael Harris from Ottawa called 'The Con Game.' It's about the 'injustice' of the 'Justice' system.

 

4) Abusive and vexatious conduct before the courts by certain judges

4) Dave Lindsay has been falsely accused of 'abusive and vexatious conduct before the courts by certain judges.' Dave was the Agent for my CCRA challenge in 2000 and the Crown tried to have him thrown off the case BUT Judge Sedgewick dismissed the Crown's weak arguments.

6) The use of unsuspecting public venues

6) Lindsay, as you know I have used church basements, communitry halls and kitchen tables for the many meetings that I have hosted and/or been a guest speaker. And I have never been banned from any meeting until Pastor Edwin Martin at the Church of Zion decided to refuse the room to The Catalyst Group who were hosting the meeting for Jean-Serge: Brisson and myself in Downsview on April 30th, 2002. Richard sent Pastor Martin the email that I shared with you last week. I have already pointed out to you the errors in what Richard Warman wrote. It's too bad that Pastor Martin didn't make an effort to telephone myself or Jean-Serge. We could have assured him that we are not to be feared and we would have invited him to attend. In any case, we had a very successful meeting in a restaurant. BUT I'd rather be supporting a church than a restaurant owner who has no motivation to understand our mission to teach people about creating and spending their own 'usuryfree' time currency.

 

7) Advocating the non-payment of taxes

7) Since I learned that the Income Tax Act was 'illegal' and 'unlawful' in the early 1980's I have indeed been advocating the non-payment of taxes. I advocate that we create our own 'usuryfree' time currency and then teach the variuous levels of government how they can accept our 'usuryfree' time currency as payment for 'taxes.' As John C. 'The Engineer' Turmel writes:

 

"I'll pay my tax for army and police to handle strife;
I'll pay my tax for doctors, nurses who protect my life;
I'll pay my tax for all engaged repairing road and sewer;
I'll pay my tax for social servants helping out the poor;
I'll even pay my tax for bureaucrats with no regret;
But I will never pay my tax for 'interest' on debt."

 

I agree, I will NOT pay taxes for 'usury' or debt service. I am working to implement a fair system of 'usuryfree' time currency.

 

Richard, are you sure of your facts? Are we dealing with people who need help?. Or are they out and subversives?

Lindsay, no one with whom I have ever worked is a 'subversive.' My motivation has always been to empower people so they can break 'the chains of usury and taxes' that are enslaving us all.

 

Tom and Richard, I am sure the three of us realize that nothing good can be accomplished in this world without some controversy, and even some pain. And perhaps we also agree that the great parliamentarian, Edmund Bourke, was right when he said that "all evil needs to succeed in the world is for good people to do nothing."

 

I agree Lindsay. The world is rotting because too many good people are satified to stay in their 'hassle free zones.' After all, I can demonstrate a good example of what happens when one dares to lead the way. My wife decided to separate from me because she wanted me to be 'normal' and not speak up and challenge the wrongs that I was observing. Then many people who are motivated by some sort of 'fear' spread 'lies' and 'untruths' and create all kinds of roadblocks. Others have their careers threatened because they speak up. It's too bizarre.

 

However, it is important that we avoid unnecessary controversy and pain. It is also important for good people to work together. Keep in mind that the literal meaning of the word 'devil' is one who divides us. We must not to allow good causes to be destroyed by bad policies of bad people--and that includes some people in power--who may not be up to real good.

 

Words well spoken Lindsay.

 

Before we take the next step, with this in mind, perhaps we ought to step back, and have an open discussion as to what we are trying to do here. Would it be possible for the three of us have a conference call to start the process and move in the right direction. One of Winston Churchill's famous statements was: "It is better to jaw, jaw, jaw, than to war, war, war."

 

I am open to having a conference call with Richard anytime. After all he was a guest in my modest apartment in Vanier when he came to view a David Icke video in the fall of 1999. Richard has also attended at least one of the meetings that I hosted at the Centretown Community Centre in the spring of 2001. I also attended a Paul Hellyer book signing meeting at the Press Club in Ottawa and Richard was in attendance. It has always been curious to me that I have crossed Richard's path so often thinking that we were working in our ways to make this planet a better place and then out-of-the-blue Richard does strange things. Like sending me a 'Libel Notice' on November 17th, 2001 because I was selling David Icke's book titled 'Children of the Matrix.' This book is not banned in Canada so why should anyone be threatened with a 'Libel Suit' if one is selling the book. In fact, anyone can buy it on the internet. And then I learn of Richard Warman's April 22nd, 2002 email to Pastor Edwin Martin that cause the meeting for April 30th to be shut down. I was surprised indeed and I do not understand why Richard keep harassing me so.

I suppose that it's just a strange that I have been accused of being 'Anti-Semetic' because I am 'Anti-Usury.' Isn't that a stretch?  I now prefer the term 'usuryfree' because I have learned that when we use positive language it brings better results. And having changed my moniker to 'Tommy-Uusry: Free' in the summer of 2001 I can say that indeed I have been achieving better succes than when I used 'Tommy-No: Usury'
