Greetings to Mayor Bob Chiarelli and the Councillors for the City of Ottawa:

I am reminding you of my two earlier communications with you. On November 30, 2000 I hand delivered or mailed to Mayor Bob Chiarelli and each of the Councillors a copy of A Proposal To Limit Tax Increases While Improving Current Levels Of Municipal Government Services. On January 30, 2001 I forwarded an email of the hard copy of the document that I had forwarded on November 30, 2000. The document is now posted at this URL: www.cyberclass.net/chiarelli.htm

As of this date one Councillor, Councillor Rainer Bloess has acknowledged the content of the document. I have posted his communication at this URL: www.cyberclass.net/rainer.htm

I look forward to a meeting in the not-too-distant-future to discuss a possible pilot project using the "usury-free" LETS software with the co-operation of the City of Ottawa.
