Message From Brad Medd To All Canadians:

Whereas the Income Tax Act (ITA), and Canada Customs & Revenue Agency (CCRA) have been wholly responsible for the destruction of thousands of Canadian families and businesses, and whereas such destruction has been based upon a voluntary, fraudulent, corrupted, illegal and unconstitutional taxation system, it is my intent along with that of growing numbers of thinking Canadians to attack the foregoing on two fronts:

1. To expose and destroy the Taxation System for the fraud that it is. To disembowl the Income Tax Act (ITA) and disband the Canada Customs & Revenue Agency (CCRA) through Constitutional challenges such as is included in my Appeal and Tom-Joseph: Kennedy's Appeal with CCRA.

2. To expose and abolish "usury" - the design flaw in our orthodox money system. This will require the repeal of the Bank Act of June 1913 which treacherously and seditiously and unconstitutionally gave control of Canada's monetary system to global, private bankers, which in turn gave rise to the Income Tax Act (ITA) which was really designed as an enforcement and collection mechanism for the financial eltite to control you financially for generation after generation.

3. It is critical to understand that income taxes do not pay for government programs but rather it goes to pay "usury" to the financial elite. The Parliament of Canada is not printing the money "usury-free." Instead our federal government borrows the money from private bankers and pays them your taxes as "usury" payments. How is that for high treason?

Now that the Appeal date has been set for March 8, 2001 there is much work to be done to prepare the Factum before February 8, 2001. This will require a significant time commitment from myself, Michael Swinwood and other people from the "Untax/Detax/Refusetax" Movement as we prepare the necessary court documents.

Before I list any of the supporters who have graciously donated funds for Brad Medd's Appeal let me first acknowledge the many supporters who have come to the Lindsay courthouse during 1999 and 2000 when I was going the the court process. Thanks to all of those who attended the "Circle Gatherings" hosted by The Cyberclass Network during the Winter, Spring and Summer of 2000 when Michael Swinwood and myself were given the opportunity to speak with you. And thanks to Michael Swinwood for accepting my request to work on my Appeal with CCRA. And thanks to Tom-Joseph: Kennedy for helping with the printing, binding and serving of my Appeal documents for the Attorney General of Canada in Ottawa.
