Dear Executive Board & Advisory Board & Independent Consultants of Global Vision:

Let's consider creative ways of how we can work together to establish dual accounts a ("usury-bearing" credit card account) and a ("usury-free" smart card account) within the infrastructure being set up by "Global Vision" 

It is indeed a pleasure to be networking as an independent SDI (Self Directed Income) Agent with Robert W. Stewart who is a Distributor with Global Vision during the initial marketing of this unique and optimal SDI opportunity.

I  invite you (the Executive Board & the Advisory Board) and (the Independent Distributors) of Global Vision to read and re-read this communication and then explore creative ways of how we could work together to integrate the innovative concept of dual accounts whereby "usury-free," community currency using "smart card technology" could be exchanged in addition to   "usury-bearing," federal dollars using "credit card technology" simply by integrating the "usury-free" LETS (Local Employment Trading System) software within the infrastructure of Global Vision.

As a preamble to this communication let me direct you to The Cyberclass Network where you will find various articles/lessons about Economics, the LETS (Local Employment Trading System) software and the SDI (Self Directed Incomes) industry. Reviewing this background information will be necessary to fully understand the proposal I am outlining herein. When you are ready to pursue this proposal I can link you to the very best engineers and resources to aid you in the implementation of the concept.

I also invite you to research the Federal Reserve System in the United States and the Bank of Canada as well as the similarily mis-labelled banking system in New Zealand, Australia and elsewhere to facilitate your understanding of why "usury-free," community currencies - delivered and managed by smart cards in conjunction with personal  electronic wallets - are so very superior to "usury-bearing," federal dollars - delivered and managed by credit cards, debit cards, cheques and cash. I and others who work with me are creating new language for the marketing and distribution industry of which Global Vision is a part. For example, you will need to be aware of the new name which we have created for the network marketing, multi-level marketing, referral marketing and/or affiliate marketing industry. It is the SDI (Self Directed Income) industry and it includes every business opportunity wherein one becomes an entrepreneur and works for himself/herself. For 16 years I have been searching for a leading company in the SDI industry which will consider adapting the LETS software to become an integral part of the SDI infrastructure. Over the years, I have been forwarding proposals similar to this one to the CEO's, Presidents, and Executive Boards of various SDI companies. I have sent this proposal to Amway, one of the respected pioneers on the SDI industry and to numerous other SDI companies and as of this date not one of them has had the vision for how the details of this proposal can be implemented to be of mutual benefit to all participating parties. (Various SDI companies have explained that this concept of  "dual accounts" would be easier to implement with a new SDI company rather than one that has been structured before the evolution of the most recent technologies.)

When Global Vision launched its mission to offer a new and innovative product with a solid sales team, it caught my attention as a new and innovative SDI company. I decided that I would watch closely the progress and development of Global Vision for a few months to evaluate if this was a possible leading SDI company of the 21st Century and to ascertain if there was any possibility of exploring creative ways of working together to establish within its infrastructure, dual accounts - a ("usury-bearing" credit card account) and a ("usury-free" smart card account) for each participating member. Almost ten months have passed and Global Vision has passed the test.

Having assessed Global Vision as an honourable and worthy SDI Corporate entity which has the potential of supplying products and/or services to worldwide consumer networks I have decided to invite the Executive & Advisory Board Members and the Independent Distributors to review of the details of this proposal with the hopes that together (you and we) can search for innovative ways to launch a pilot project which could offer the dual accounts (as explained in this Proposal) to those Independent SDI Distributors of Global Vision who are ready and willing to pursue such an option.

When Global Vision makes a decision to service its consumer networks by setting up a dual accounting system modelled after the LETSystem, Global Vision Independent Distributors will recruit other free enterprisers with ease and these new recruits will remain as a part of the Global Vision community rather than dropping out as has been the case with so many companies in the short history of the SDI industry.

I predict that unprecedented worldwide growth can be initiated and sustained by the SDI copmany which facilitates a LETS "barter and trading" community to grow and develop within the its infrastructure and by making selected products and/or services available to its Independent Distributors.

Global Vision has the potential and possibility of implementing a dual accounting system - the LETSystem of "usury-free," community currency, managed by the use of smart cards and the "usury-bearing," orthodox, economic system of federal dollars managed by credit cards. Each Global Vision Independent Distributor can expect remuneration from the Global Vision Corporation not only in "usury-bearing," federal dollars (which are often in artificially short supply) on one side of their respective "plastic smart card" - but also in partial "usury-free," community currency on another side of their respective "plastic smart card" - which can be used to buy goods and/or services (which are rarely in short supply) and which will be available from other Global Vision Independent Distributors listed as members on the LETS software database. All Global Vision Independent Distributors with a LETSystem account would have the marketing edge over other companies in the SDI industry and the non-connected, orthodox retail stores. Of course, when Global Vision becomes the first SDI company to create a LETSystem within its infrastructure Global Vision will have a definite head start in serving people's preferences and others will beat a path to Global Vision's door to ask: "What is Global Vision doing and how is Global Vision doing it?"

In any local community, the first Global Vision Independent Distributors with knowledge of the "usury-free" LETSystem technology would have the first opportunity to pitch all local free enterprisers. Whole new markets will be opened up by the first SDI company which adopts the LETSystem technology and invites other free enterprisers to connect with them. For example, Global Vision Independent Distributors could be offered the option of  accepting a higher percentage of their profits in the "usury-free" community currency (which could be called "moors" or "SDI moors" or whatever) if they were assured that the Global Vision and any companies which might merge and/or co-operate with Global Vision would accept a percentage of payment for products and/or services with this same "usury-free" community currency when they make their purchases.

To facilitate the process of adopting the LETSystem as an attractive component of the Global Vision marketing infrastructure, a concerted effort could be made to publish a special Internet Directory and/or Catalogue so that Global Vision Independent Distributors (and associated employees) could easily spend this "usury-free," community currency for their consumable goods and/or services either through catalogue and/or internet services and and also within their respective local communities.

Global Vision and/or any retailers working in co-operation with Global Vision could accept payment for products and/or services via their "plastic smart card" in partial "usury-free," community currency and via their "plastic credit card" in partial "usury-bearing" federal dollars - the ratio to be determined. Global Vision could also set up dual accounts (using one plastci card) for each Global Vision Independent Distributor - a "usury-bearing" federal dollar (credit card) account and a "usury-free" community currency (smart card) account - and arrange to pay out any commissions directly into their respective plastic card accounts in the same ratio as determined for the payment of products and/or services.

Assuming that Global Vision accepts "usury-bearing" credit cards - whereby the banks take 3% to 5% on each transaction - why not implement this already proven alternate economic system (the LETSystem) whose perfect software is programmed to exchange "usury-free" community currency by using smart cards - whereby the banks do not extract 3% to 5% on each transaction. I believe that this alternate "usury-free," community currency will quickly become more popular than our orthodox, "usury-bearing," federal dollars. The integrity of the "usury-free," community currency is appreciated as there is zero "usury" thieved by the bankers and the technology is already in place to facilitate trading this "usury-free," community currency on the internet. There are additional, attractive considerations to consider. Conventional, LETSystem users support redirecting shopping habits from the giant retail stores to local businesses of which home-based and SDI enterprises are a significant part. Global Vision could network with supportive companies and set up a series of internet malls in virtual communities to encourage its members to redirect their shopping habits to these malls and/or to those retail stores in their respective, local communities which are willing to accept partial "usury-free," community currency for any purchase.

There is a powerful, political angle possible when large numbers of people are buying and selling with  a "usury-free" community currency. Consider this... The Global Vision Corporation and any Global Vision Independent Distributor which accepts a percentage of sales in "usury-free," community currency are invited to demand to pay the same percentage of taxes (federal, provincial and/or municipal) with their "usury-free," community currency. This will not be a problem since any level of government in any country can redirect a portion of its ongoing purchasing to the participating business members of the respective, local communities.

A most brilliant solution has already been suggested. Any community can simply set up LETS accounts for the various levels of government and invite the politicians/bureaucrats to spend the "usury-free," community currency which is being deposited in their respective LETS accounts by participating Global Vision members as payment for any taxes that they judge to be due and payable.

The other significant detail to carefully consider is that the LETS software is fully capable of introducing self-insurance to any large database such as the expanding database of Global Vision Independent Distributors and their retail customers. This means that participating consumers will no longer have to pay insurance up front and hope they don't have to make a claim. Instead, they will pay only after the accident or fire has occurred. When one member on the database has a car accident a very small amount of "usury-free" credits will be deducted from each member's community currency account to pay for the accident and no more will be deducted until the next accident. This spells the end for insurance fraud and abuses which are now so prevalent in the insurance industry.

Historically, the SDI industry has a 90% attrition rate in any given twelve month period. For example, as of 1991 there were 10 million ex-Amway distributors worldwide. Add on the hundreds of other companies which have left multiple millions of ex-MLMers jaded and you begin to see that this rate of high attrition must be addressed by any creative SDI company which seeks to lead the way into the 21st Century as the SDI industry gains widespread acceptance and respectability. Will Global Vision be the SDI company which will lead the way to halt the high rate of attrition so common to the industry by integrating "barter" with a "usury-free" community currency as a worthy community element to enhance its information, technology and distribution assets?

Offering Global Vision Independent Distributors LETSystem connections to the widest possible local and global markets will surely solve the challenge of attrition not only for Global Vision but for the entire SDI industry. Having access to products and/or services for barter in a growing LETSystem database will definitely keep Global Vision Independent Distributors active in the Global Vision business which will foster growth for the SDI industry. Keep in mind that each Global Vision Independent Distributor has a family and each person in that family has other skills, talents, products and/or services which can also be listed for trade on the LETS database. The larger the LETSystem database operated by Global Vision, the more opportunity there is for the participants to trade.

Any Global Vision Independent Distributors who aspire to become SDI leaders will readily agree to accept a portion of any sale in partial "usury-free," community currency and will thereby be given a distinct, competitive advantage in their respective networking community because they will eventually be able to offer to accept even less "usury-bearing," federal dollars and more "usury-free," community currency for each product and/or service traded.

Any corporation in the SDI industry can easily pay a portion of "usury-free," community currency to employees as wages and Independent Distributors as commissions and both groups will spend the "usury-free," community currency with other Global Vision Independent Distributors on the LETSystem database which will continue to grow and expand (on the Internet) as the concept of "usury-free" living becomes a reality in the 21st Century.

When free enterprisers in the respective local communities learn that Global Vision Independent Distributors have lots of "usury-free," community currency to spend, they will be motivated to join as a Global Vision Independent Distributor to have direct access to the envied "usury-free." LETSystem technology.

In the 21st Century, "usury-free," community currency IOU's will become even more popular than the LETSystem's current computer accounting system as "usury-free," community currency IOU's have the same flexibility as "usury-bearing" federal dollars. Global Vision Independent Distributors and the Global Vision Corporation are invited to accept the popular coupons in the respective local communities for small change when engaging in transactions as these local coupons are already a valued currency.

Paper notes for this "usury-free," community currency can also be created in various denominations by Global Vision. Experience has shown that "time currency," paper notes facilitate trading. The best working example of paper notes being used is in Ithaca, New York where they have been trading a "time currency" paper note called Ithaca Hours since 1991.
