IMPORTANT: For those following the Tom Kennedy court case in Ottawa, please see
comments below.
I invited Dave Lindsay as my special guest to speak on the conference call on
Thursday, September 14, 2000.. Many of you know who Dave is and I have received wonderful
positive feedback from people who have previously participated on calls with him.
Many people are wondering about a judge's ruling in an Ottawa case during the first
week of september 2000.
Tom Kennedy, with Dave Lindsay appearing as his counsel, took CCRA to court to fight the
unlawful garnishee against Kennedy's paychecks. The judge ruled in favour of CCRA,
as was to be expected. However, there are many juicy details on this case that you
may wish to hear from directly from Dave Lindsay. This is definitely not the end of
the game by a long shot!
I spoke in great length with Dave about the fact that, suddenly, every accountant and
lawyer in Canada has detailed information on this case. These "professionals"
that we are all supposed to trust are being encouraged to pass the details of this case on
to all their clients as fast as possible. Does this sound like a propaganda campaign
to you? Well, it sure does to me. So folks, the government is scared and they
are grasping at every straw they can to frighten people away from this knowledge.
This
includes conscripting every so-called "professional" in the country to help them
with their cause. Remember these professionals have much to lose if this awareness
grows to epic proportions. Their mantra is, "There's no hope for any of you, so
just give up!"
Tom Kennedy, who is a very courageous man, chose to take CCRA to court to defend his
rights. He was the plaintiff, not the defendant. Tom has made some comments
regarding his case that I would like to share with you here:
"There have been many inquiries about the "natural person" strategy since
Justice Sedgewick's decision was released. Many "detax/untax" participants who
have declared themselves as "natural persons" are asking a lot of questions and
questioning a lot of answers on newsgroups and by private emails and telephone calls. I
understand their concerns about whether it will just be a matter of time before the
government drags all of them into court to challenging them on their "Constructive
Notices" with a goal to further debunk the "natural person" argument."
Tom J. Kenedy writes:
"I urge all readers to understand that I would have been very surprised if
Justice Sedgewick had ruled in my favour. Though he did recognize "common law,"
he then ignored the issue of "common law" and how it applies to the Income Tax
Act. Frankly, it will take a judge of some special character to give us a favourable
ruling about the "natural person" argument according to
"common law." We must proceed with our common goal to pursue "truth"
in matters pertaining to the Income Tax Act and the Bank Act for these two Acts of
Parliament are the cement that is holding the financial elite's "usury" charade
as their foundation of "lies, deceit and deception."
"Finally, I hereby request any "Detax/Untax/Refusetax" supporters who are
fortunate to have financial abundance to consider making a contribution (according to your
means) to aid Dave Lindsay and myself to pursue this Appeal process. The Appeal process
will incur some significant financial expenses. I am on a fixed pension and I am still
exploring creative fundraising opportunities to create the abundance necessary to reveal
the "truth" about the Income Tax Act and the Bank Act."
"I have heard that there are 30,000+ 'Detaxers/Untaxers' and approximately 16,000+
IHH 'Refusetaxers' in Canada. If these numbers are approximately correct and if each
participant made small contributions to those who are on the front lines with court
challenges we will all reap the benefits if and when we do ferret out the
"truth" in their court system of "Just-us."
Still pursuing "justice"

What do we learn about ourselves from the Kennedy case? Many of you following this case
have written to me or phoned me with concerns about your personal situation, and that's
okay. But to those who are afraid and fear the worst, release the fears you hold and
let God deal with it. We need not judge or condemn anyone because that's not our
job. There are always setbacks in our work to expose the truth. Some minor, like
this one, and some major. I say this with love and from the heart. Please
consider doing some serious soul searching if you experienced fear for yourself, just
because of this one case. I hope that you re-claim your full commitment to earning
your freedom and rights back. Tom Kennedy's case is ripe for appeal. There
were many contradictions in the judges ruling that, I feel, would render it inappropriate
and incomplete.
The conference call is on Thursdays at 6pm Pacific Time. See the details below for
more information. I encourage everyone interested in following the drama of this
whole wake-up call in Canada to join in on these teleconferences.
Remain in the light and hold your courage up like a beacon, because we're on the winning
side!
God bless you all.

"We are fast approaching the stage of the ultimate inversion: the stage where the
government is free to do anything it pleases, while the citizens may act only by
permission; which is the stage of the darkest periods of human history, the stage of rule
by brute force."
