"Notice to Government"

Dear Sirs/Madames:

To your collective shame, you have aligned Canada with a nation that is determined to maintain its preparations to wage and win a nuclear war. Indeed, you have joined the gaggle of governments that ignore all pleas for a sane and constructive resolution of greed and the nuclear threat.

Worse, as political pawns trapped by your open-armed acceptance of that madness, you promote the search for peacekilling profits so eagerly sought by the armaments industry and its craven cohorts. You do so in spite of your knowledge that more nations are now building nuclear weapons and delivery systems, inspite of your knowledge of their willingness to use such weapons.

Without a doubt, the overwhelming greed that guides political processes is preventing Canada and the world's governments from recognizing, and acting on their unavoidable duty in such regard. The twinning of The "Taxrefusal" Movement as started in Canada by Daniel J. Lavigne in 1980, with the LETS (Local Employment Trading System) Movement as started in Canada by the creation of the LETS software by Michael Linton in 1983 are the last, best strategies which can be implemented with ease given our modern technology and thereby save humanity from self-destruction.

Until now, you have refused to recognize your duty in this matter, and to OPENLY recognize AND declare that: "All have a lawful right and duty to refuse to support or assist any society participating in plans and preparations involving the will and capacity to commit mass murder."

Regardless, I will no longer be filing tax returns, or paying taxes, to any such nation until humanity is forced to choose between total and all-out use, or dismantling, of all nuclear and other weapons of mass murder and until humanity is likewise forced to choose between keeping the orthodox, "usury-based" money system, or abolishing this flawed system of finance and replacing it with the "usury-free" money system as offered by the LETS software which is the perfect model of a "usury-free" banking system.

I recognize that humanity may well be unable to shed its embrace of violence and the existence of a need by the vile, violent and
corrupted few to possess such weaponry; and that we, as in "humanity" will, in all probability, use such weapons, all of
them, before we ever come to our senses and realize that WE MUST CHANGE.

So be it. Regardless the risk, our infection by the madness of greed must be treated; and the threat we pose to each other must be terminated, before we allow such madness to turn humanity into nuclear ash.

Until then, there is NO REASON to hope for anything or to support meaningless efforts to teach our children, or promise them a safe and pollution free world; when that which we offer is the omnipresent threat of a ravaged and radio-active planet . . . devoid of life.

You offer no solution and you constantly enlarge the danger. Your government does not deserve or warrant my neither my loyalty nor my financial support. In order that you understand my commitment "ToDuty" and a saner world, I declare to you:
I REJECT YOUR SURRENDER TO EVIL !!

From this day forward, whatever the consequences, I shall live as a free human being.

"Though you may question my stance, you ought not doubt my determination to never again contribute to your kind."
