Letter To Ottawa-Carleton District School Board

Dear Mr. Grieve:

I have attached a revised TD 1 Form complete with new supporting documents. With this submission I am claiming my new status whereby I am instructing the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board to immediately cease withholding income tax from my monthly pay cheque. Based on this instruction, the information posted at The Taxrefusal website at this URL: <www.connection.com/~taxfree>, and the enclosed copies documents which I have submitted to the Government of Canada, the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board is forbidden by law, from altering this revised TD 1 Form.

I fully expect that my pay deposit dated April 21, 2000 will be calculated so that NO income tax is withheld after the date of this letter, April 13, 2000.

I await clarification that indeed the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board has complied with this new information.
