Today was another great day...
In doing research in an effort to fully comprehend not only the Redemption process, what
it all means, why, the various compontnets of it etc, but also the Legal
system/proffession and is parallel involvement in the commercial system, we have stumbled
upon a big missing link or better a missing comprehension.
Actually like every thing else all the links are right in our face every day, it just
takes something to find you that bench mark to make every thing come together, falling
into place.
We are going to start testing our beleifs this week, and we cannot see how we can not win
every single time, regardless of the matter, civil or criminal.
If you have ever heard the term "failure to state claim upon which releif can be
Granted", you will be glad to know, that we now know why, and not only that,
that we can proove beyond doubt that in Fact, the lawyer or Crown cannot make a claim
where releif can be granted, we can turn the table right back onto them and catch them
with their pants down and their hands in the cookie jar....
In fact, given a few days we will probably have a letter drafted, that anyone can use for
any situation just about, and make the problem go away and or seek remedy. The rules of
Commerce are in place to protect commerce, no judge or crown or lawyer has the authority
to undo what was started in Babylon, no insurance company is going to insure a judge,
crown, lawyer who steps outside of his insurance protection plan box. There are several
levels of built in protection mechanisms to protect the Banks, the creators of the
Commercial system from internal and external fraud, theft, to deviate from these rules is
job suicide and makes the rules fiar game for anyone to change wantonly. The Bankers will
make a judge disappear before they let the low life judge alter their rules.
The judge, crown, lawyers are puppets for the most part just like politicians and people
in general, theirs duties and authorities limited by insurance policies, step outside
those bounds and they have no insurance coverage, they become personally liable, and no
crown, judge, lawyer is gonna do that for the guy below him. Each time a claim goes higher
up the ladder, the guy handing it off to the guy above, is the fall guy. The claim
inevitably will end up back into the hands of the one who drew it = made it.
So there are many more issues and reasons why knowing how to speak theirlanguage in Court
or in every day commercial transactions, is your best chance, than trying to get them to
speak our language. They went to a different school and learned a different trade, so they
can claim to be ignorant of our language because they are. Simple stuff...
Some could say, you caved in you joined rather than fight, there is no reason to fight,
fact is we need commercial abilities and rules to govern, organization of trade so produce
is distributed where needed, organization of labor, materials, contingencies, etc, etc,
etc....Sure they tricked us and lied to us, but how do you catch a liar if some one
doesn't speak up, who ultimatly can you blame for not telling you, you are operating YOUR
life incorrectly, following liars, beleiving what others would want you to beleive. Would
you listen, how would you know they were correct, and your current beleifs wrong? Who
decides?????????
Terms like "Law of Agency" "Principal", "Principal and
Agent", "Public Witness", "Responsible party(s)",
"Contract under Seal", "SUI JURIS", "Set-Off",
"Only a Principal can make a claim", Who the real Corporate Principal (damaged
party is) is not", Who are the parties to the Contract", "only they can
alter or have any involvement with it"..same as requrement for Novation.....
This stuff probably sounds silly or bizzare or of no merit, but I assure you, it is very
relevant, it expalins the real reason for filing a 1C Financing Statement and why this
knowledge and the filing will Kill them in their case against you. Bottom line is, if the
letter doesn't stop 'em then Court will, and if you've sent out ahead of time a Notice of
your Fee schedule, you will be fully compensated for those expenses....I charge $500.. an
hour in Court....what's the value you place on your time (no different than what you
negotiate to cut your neighbors grass, "there is a price"!!!!!....)
The entire procedure is very easy to teach, its a simple process that can be repeated the
same way each time, regardless of the type of case. What cannot be taught is self control,
the potential for abuse just became a sure thing for any who wish to.
Here is my dilema; If the world is coming to and end and I knew it, I would share this
potent knowledge immediatly, if it isnt then, folks have got to be educated as to why one
Redeems oneself, the reason for redemption. It is not a trick or trap, the only secret is
the secret of the money system, it was however designed for any one to operate within,
provided they sought the knowledge. Knowledge could be said to be Power, and it can, the
ages of enslavement of billions of people over who knows
how long a time period, have proven that.
The few have taken from the many, if a few more are given the knowledge, would we have a
few more MASTERS, or a few less slaves? This is the Dilema.
I wish to clarify one big point folks, when I mention money I am using it as a medium of
measurement only, money is evidence of indebtedness, the statues say that, I do not want
money, not a nickle, and I do not need it. Money is not only worthless = worth less, it is
below that, and by having it, what are you saying?
The system of course has taught us, to relish money, gotta have it and never ever get
enough, but still chase after it, until death. Now with that mentality PROGRAMMED
via education and media, into the minds of a few billion people, what would they do
with this knowledge if the true meaning behind the Redemption process, and the ease with
which it can be operated by was freely offered?
Every time one person takes to much, some one else doesnt get enough, thing is we all
forget, we dont own anything, we have no right to claim to own anything, everything came
from the earth, and every man made the final product for the benefit of the other man who
was busy at work doing his duty to produce goods in his feild for the other guy, and on it
goes, each contributing, his share for all others to benefit from, just as he from them.
Any way you look at it, its trade, exchange, commerce, call it what you will, the action
behind it wont change.
Im not asking you to beleive our discoveries, Im just sharing the findings and the dilema
we face in deciding how, to distribute this knowledge and under what CONDITIONS one
qualifies to have it, can we make those choices? This info can help a lot of people and it
could harm just as many.
