It's incredible but true, that 97.5% of the population of North America are knowingly or unknowingly wallowing in ignorance of the "universal truth" about the design flaw of "interest" which ought to be correctly called "usury." All of the woes and problems that face us in education, health care, economics, energy, environment etc, are either directly or indirectly related to "usury."

These 2.5% of enlightened people are becoming aware that we are forging ahead to a crossroads where the 97.5% of ill-informed people will be making decisions that will cement our eventual destruction as a human race. The 2.5% of better-informed people need to raise their numbers to 51% to ensure that the optimal decisions will be made to permit us to build the foundations which will usher in the "usury-free" society that can save humanity from self-destruction. In this case, the illusion of democracy - which is really mob-rule - dictates that 51% of the enlightened people would be able to over-rule the other 49% of ill-informed people. After we save ourselves we can expose democracy as the illusion that it really is.

We have been hoodwinked for thousands of years and unknowingly confined to mental, emotional and physical prisons where we have been enslaved by the yoke of "usury" and cajoled into believeing that a little bit of "interest" is OK in spite of the fact that the holy book of the respective religions specifically states: "thou shalt not take usury of another man."

The New World Order's public plans for a central "usury" bank underpinned by an ignorant, "wannabe," micro-chipped population are the final steps for the agents of control - the "usury" elite - to finally close the door on freedom as experienced by our forefathers and confine us to being their "usury," slaves forever. The "usury" elite have deceitfully obscured their stepping-stone methods of micro-chipping the population to manipulate our mental and emotional processes by simply suggesting that voluntary micro-chipping will make the world more efficient. Consider how we have already been conditioned to accept that animals, prisoners, soldiers, children and the elderly be micro-chipped for whatever reasons!

There are already discussions frightening parents into micro-chipping their children claiming that if they ever go lost they will be easily found. As early as 1997 micro-chips were so small that they could be injected through any hypodermic needle during any mass vaccination program. In fact, I recall seeing a picture from a British newspaper showing an ant holding a micro-chip in its pincers. In 2000, a company called Applied Digital Solutions announced the release of a human micro-chip called "Digital Angel," a human implant designed to monitor a person's precise geographical location and biological data such as pulse and body temperature and other sensory information on a real-time basis. Now consider these words delivered by Dr. Peter Zhou, the chief scientist at Digital Angel: "Digital Angel will be a connection from yourself to the electronic world. It will be your guardian, protector. It will bring good things to you. We will be a hybrid of electronic intelligence and our own soul." Seeing the methods of control and surveillance that we have already accepted - for our own good - this particular micro-chip design gives us a clear picture of what is being planned besides cameras at intersections, in stores, at ATM machines, at airports, trains stations, bus stations etc.

If even 13% of the population were to stop focusing on the junkie soap operas, game shows, reality programs, passive sports events, bingos, lotteries and mindless movies and engage a few brain cells to learn about micro-chip technology and a few other topics, they would see the New World Order events falling into place like clockwork as we enter this 21st millennium and be motivated to "re-educate" themselves on "what they don't know they don't know." Unfortunately, the agenda for centralized control drawn up by the "usury" elite is being dutifully implemented by federal, provincial and municipal politicians and bureaucrats as well as the corporate and institutional elite. Consider the movement towards mega-cities and mega townships and the trend towards mega-farming (factory-farms) as well as the increasing number of commercial mergers - banking, agricultural, retail, media and/or otherwise. Let's hope there are significant numbers of "white knights" within all levels of government as well as within the corporations with seemingly dark agendas to help re-focus on "universal truth" instead of policing damaging policy and enforcing destrucutive laws for the New World Order agenda.

Robert W. Nicholson's 1998 book entitled "Stolen Innocence" describes organized child abuse and exploitation and the accompanying bureaucratic deception, corruption and cover-up in British Columbia, Canada. He exposes the facts and evidence to the public and confronts the authorities in an effort to secure competent protection for the children. In the Introduction to "Stolen Innocence" Robert W. Nicholson writes: "It continually becomes more and more evident over time, that many Canadian laws overlook the rights of children and, in fact, some appear to actually be detrimental to their safety and welfare." After Robert W. Nicholson identifies the corruption and cover-up he questions why personnel from all sectors of government who are actively involved with child protection and child abuse investigations have not been fully trained and exposed to the fields of Satanism, cults and ritual abuse. It is interesting to note that David Icke has done some intensive research on these issues in relation to the "usury" elite and the New World Order and yet when I have invited government officials to attend David Icke lectures in October, 1999 in Ottawa and Toronto and in June, 2001 in Montreal and Toronto and/or read his books or view his videos I have been ignored and/or answered with ridicule and disdain.

None of the New World Order activity being exposed by David Icke or other researchers is for the betterment of the common people. Even the military and the police are becoming globalized as they now "serve and protect" the New World Order instead of "we the people" as evidenced by their actions at Quebec City, Quebec, Canada in April 2001 and at Genoa, Italy in July 2001. The New World Order's hidden agenda is no longer secret, it is open and "in your face." The agenda of the "usury" elite, commonly defined as "globalization" is being gradually implemented to a point where they envision a centralized economic control whereby "usury" will be ruthlessly extracted from individuals and businesses. During this final push towards implementation they are carefully creating new progressive language and legislation as they speed up the centralization of their planned political and economic control. In the interest of promoting "globalization" as the last best hope to save the planet they employ their misleading media prostitutes to promote the European Union, the North American Union, the United Nations, the World Trade Organization, the Multilateral Agreement on Investment, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and the G-8 Summits while opposing any who dare to protest against the New World Order.

According to David Icke and other world researchers this carefully co-ordinated centralization of power and global manipulation has been (and is) engineered by people in royalty, politics, economics whose inter-breeding bloodlines can be traced to those kings and queens who ruled in ancient times. David Icke's three most recent and highly acclaimed books, "And The Truth Shall Set You Free" (1995), "The Biggest Secret" (1999), and "Children of the Matrix" (2001) contain much documenation to lift the veil of secrecy and show how this "usury" elite has emerged from history to become the royalty, aristicracy and priesthood of modern times through Great Britain to Africa, North America and South America. David Icke's tireless research even offers evidence and background information to suggest that planet earth has been (and is) controlled by extraterrestial, inner-terrestial and interdimensional forces that are inter-connected. In the Forward to "Children of the Matrix" David Icke writes: "...What you read here is simply information. It is not compulsory to accept it and the last thing I am trying to do is persuade you to believe anything."

The "usury" elite has effectively exported its bloodlines to all countries that were colonized by British and European powers, including the United States and Canada where they continue to run the respective governments in 2001. David Icke's research indicates that 33 of the 40 Presidents of the United States of America have been genetically related to two people, England's King Alfred The Great and Charlemagne, the famous monarch in ninth century France. Canada's Prime Minister's quite likely have similar genetic or otherwise common links to the "usury" elite. Consider the power and influence that Paul Desmarias and Edgar Bronfman have in Montreal, Quebec and then consider that Prime Minister Jean Chretien is connected to the Paul Desmarias' Power Corporation through the inter-marriages of their children.

Unless a large portion of the unsuspecting 97.5% of the public awaken very fast, ourselves, our children and our grandchildren will face situations in the not-too-distant-future that will make Nazi Germany look like a Sunday picnic. The "usury" elite's agenda is unfolding very rapidly in these early years of the 21st Century. Too many people have let their guard down after the Y2K hoax - which may very well have been a strategically planned event to condition people to ignore the obvious and go into deep denial of "universal truth" which is currently being exposed before their very eyes.

David Icke likens those of us who speak out to our fellow-citizens to the cow which runs in the pasture field screaming: "Hey, you fellow-cows, you know that truck that takes some of our cows away every month? Well they don't take them to greener pastures like we thought. They shoot them in the head, bleed them dry, cut them up, and put the pieces of meat into packets. Then those humans buy the packets from stores and eat the meat!" The majority of other cows in the herd keep grazing on the grass, stopping only long enough to say: "You're crazy cow! They would never do that. Anyway, I've got shares in the trucking company and I get a good return. Shut up and just keep grazing and stop making waves!"

Just as the majority of the herd of cows ridicule the cow bellowing the "universal truth" so do too many of our fellow-citizens ridicule the 2.5% of the population who are doing the research and exposing the "universal truth." While too few family, relatives, working colleagues, close friends and neighbours are ready and willing to become motivated to do some research on "universal truth," it is exciting that many more people are asking questions and questioning answers now than there were when I began this research in 1980.
