After seeing the movie Pay-It-Forward in the fall of 2000 I had a vision of launching a simple SDI program which would require that participants 'gift' a minimum of 3 people into a low cost program with a product which could be easily marketed on the internet. While I pondered the idea some one else has taken action.

The Tri-Miracle program is about to be launched whereby you have to (Gift) Gift-It-Forward-Today. In summary we have to agree in advance to 'gift' 3 people into the program at a cost of $20 (US Funds) each for a total of $60 (US Funds).

Here is more information on our money maker.

( There are three different income streams)

1. Tri-Miracle - This is actually kind of a feeder program for WTIA and OBC. It is based upon a 3x2 matrix. You cannot join Tri-Miracle unless you are benefactored by someone (they pay your way). Once you are in you will receive a replicated
web site. You'll be required to benefactor 3 people into the program at $20.00 each. You will have 3 days to accomplish this. Once you put in your 3 (9) you will graduate into WTIA and the $99.00 is paid for you.You will also be re-entered into
Tri-Miracle into a second Matrix and you begin your qualifying matrix for OBC which is a 3x2 also. Each time you complete your 3x2 you will be paid 100.00

2. WTIA - This is a hybrid Autrailian 2-up marketing plan. Which means the first two people that graduate from Tri-Miracle into WTIA are trained by your sponsor. You will receive 10.00 for them and their 3rd leg to infinity. (1) First Level Positioning. I understand that you have quite a few people who have responded to your offer/request, etc.
Will we be able to allocate OUR first level people or will YOUR people spillover into OUR first level(s) thereby forcing some of OUR key players further  down the matrix?

(There is no spillover in the first matrix. Everyone must get their own 3. You can GIVE people to others to help them but
that would not be your first level. Your top positions should not need help if you are building it right. It sounds like you are. Remember, every person you give away is a $50 leg to infinity. I don't mind helping people but I am not going to give all my people away. But, that is me. Others may not feel the same.  My thought is: You give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. (2) Products. What, actually, are the product(s) that are being purchased, etc.? You and I have discussed our distain for
e-gold and gifting games. What is the PRODUCT or PRODUCTS that are part of this program?
(1. The $20 - product is downloadable E-Book on  "How to build a successful Interent business" and your replicated web site.
The E-Book is a good one. It has been sold for $39.95 on the net and thousands have been sold at that price. Some companies charge $75 a year for a replicated web site so, there is good value for the $20.

2. The WTIA product is a financial Income builders newsletter on profit building strategies. The newsletter offers ways to build an income from other unique opportunities. It is a $99 per year subscription price. So, all the money we make this year will be earned again next year when people renew their subscription.

3. The OBC product is an off-shore bank account. Now, I have a couple of these and they cost me from $300 to $1000. OBC offers the accounts for the $200 price.

Keep in mind the money paid for these products come out of the original $20 spent. We earn them. so, there is good value in the products offered.)

(3) I am still VERY confused about the actual system itself and so is the "team". We must have a better understanding in order to deal with the many questions that we will be asked by our downline. (There are 3 different income streams, Tri-Miracle,
WTIA and OBC.

3. OBC - When your OBC 3 x 2 matix is full. You will graduate into OBC and your 3 personally sponsor people will folloe you just like in WTIA. OBC has the same marketing plan as WTIA except you are paid a 100% MATCHING BONUS on
all personally sponsored people. So, the 3 people you put into Tri-Miracle, when they come into OBC you will be paid EXACTLY what they earn. So in OBC you will earn 4 TIMES as much money as in WTIA  (you plus 3 100% matching
bonuses). If each of you 3 people earn $1,000 for the day, you will be paid $3,000 for the day! That is incredible!)

(4) Each of our team members have a signifigant circle of personal and database influence. How do we intelligently and
effectively introduce the program AND assist each member in their progress. I want to support downline. If I can build a 3 wide (without additional legs) and be in a position to make the kind of money that is in the "explanation" I don't need more legs and more potential. I'm happy with the huge numbers in the"explanation". (I believe you can help your people and still build additional legs to increase your short term income. We will have some conference calls and training  to help in this area. We
will put together some marketing letters as well. We really don't have to work that hard after we get our original 3-9 complete.
We teach others how to do that. we have to or they will be purged out of the system. We will be able to go into our genealogy
and place additional people after we get our 3-9.)

(5) You mentioned that people can jump right to wtia if they want. According to my notes this is where you said we'd send people that don't want to, or can't find three in three days. How does this work in relation to the "get three in three days" and how will it affect the spillover, etc. It seems that if people jump right into the wtia program they'll be ahead and placed higher in the matrix.

(I think you might have misunderstood me here. If people jump right into WTIA they won't be able to benefit from TRI-Miracle. What I was talking about was the second matrix in TRI-Miracle. You see after you do your 3-9 in the first matrix you are placed into a second matrix. The second matrix allows spillover and we can work more with people who can't get their three becuase we can go into the members area and place people under them.)

(6) replicated site? Is the full blown replicated site, with the "get three in three days" system available for viewing? Perhaps if I/we saw the entire program laid out we would have many of these questions answered.

( I have not seen the whole replicated site yet. I am sure tit will include a full explanation of everthing.)

(7) One of our team members, Mark, has developed a VERY interesting system to use a team approach to the click exchange
programs. I think he would be willing to adapt that program to THIS  program to REALLY help grow the downlines. Of course the application of that explosive traffic driving program is predicated on his/our understanding of the entire system so as to fully leverage the traffic and eyeballs. (well, wejust got off the phone with Mark and  I think he has a good handle on the program. So let's do it.)

(1) If our responsibility is to benefactor three  and then our job is "Done" how can we best leverage our much larger networks,
etc. (If you are a builder there are ways to put in as many people as you want. When you build a 3, 9. You graduate the first matrix and follow your sponsor into a new 3 by matrix. In your second matrix you can sponsor as many people as you want.
only the first matrix builds perfectly without spillover. This makes sure each person gets their 3. In the second matrix people still must get their 3 but they can be pushed through by spillover. This does not happen in the first matrix. That's why we must have 3)

How are you inviting people in? I mean I'm sure you have more than THREE people ready willing and anxious to follow you
into MLM battle. (I had a lot of responses over 50. But not everyone will agree to build 3 people in 3 days. So, i will be qualifying each person to make sure they know the power of the program plus theri responsibility. Clint, everyone will make money in this program for a long time.  Never underestimate the power of building a good team and the appeal of   a program that pays on time. When I joined SkyBiz a couple of years ago, I did not give it much attention after putting in about 50 people. Before I knew it I had a run away leg that would eventually put 1.4 million people in the  right leg. I did not get paid for most of those people because I had to have an equal amount in the other leg (binary). If that happens here, I will get paid on every person.)

I can get my three easily enough, but, how can  I leverage my network to help the whole network (my downline, which is YOUR downline). (You can place people under others to help them,  but keep this in mind:
1. Every person you put in, after your first 3 is worth $50 payments to infinity in that leg.

1. They have not yet put in place the code that kicks you out of the program after three days if you have not benefactored your three. This will be done soon however so if you don't have your three benefactored in yet, do it as soon as you can.

2. The "Power-Teams" training site, mentioned in the update below has some GREAT aids for geting your three and building youir income. Check it out. By the way "Power-Teams" is no relation to "The Power Team", just a similar name.

Below is an updated message from our upline Joanne. Take advantage of the tools she has with PowerTeams and please pass this update on to your people.

There are few updates I personally want to share with you first. Everything is coming along real well...but here are some of the highlights.

1. Everyone who has their first 3 x 2 completed can begin to place in additionally sponsored people.

2. The 3 day replacement period has not occurred as of yet, so just work for your 3.

3. There is a Foolish Feeder program going around for TriMiracle. Do NOT be persuaded into it. There is no way for any group to continually supply people for such a group. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE! How can any group supply 4.5 Million in 3 days or
even a month for the 1.5 Million on the 10th level. You may get some freebies, but will your people? This and any program is designed on each person doing their part. That is networking and that is good business. If you owned a business you know unproductive people have to be let go. No one can do it for you.

4. They should have the entire system cranking by Wed. or Thurs. In the meantime work on your 3-9 or start with your 4th+.

5. I am preparing a complete explanation of the Three phases of TriMiracle and how the compensation works. I will unleash that sometime soon, no later than this weekend.

The Message Board on your web site is functional now. Be SURE to check there for the latest information directly from the webmaster, programmers, and database manager. You will find this in your Members Area. This information will answer a GREAT many of your questions!

The 3-day deadline for bringing in your 3 people has been lifted temporarily until all of the technical issues can be resolved. This gives everyone a great advantage and will allow time to get your quota done in plenty of time!

Do not replace people in your matrix yet. The programmers are writing a special application for this purpose which will originate a totally new web site for the new person. If you have already done this, stay tuned for further instructions.

The Tri-Miracle Training is complete on the Power-Teams web site. We will be adding more "teaser ads" as examples as they come in to us by email. Otherwise, there are plenty of step-by-step instructions given to help ANYONE to get their 3 people without even picking up the phone and talking to anybody!
