Memorandum of Understanding

between                                                 The UsuryFree Network

and                                                         ___________________

in regard with the______ SDI (Self Directed Income) opportunity:

1.                    The UsuryFree Network agrees to build the _______ SDI opportunity for the position purchased by
                       ___________ with her $_____ investment. The UsuryFree Network will sell three SDI "Freedom
                       Units and work with the three persons who will own these SDI "Freedom Units" to teach them
                       to multiply and duplicate their efforts by helping them to secure their preferred customers and their
                       3 SDI "Freedom Units."

2.                    _____________ agrees to provide The UsuryFree Network with a minimum13 names of potential
                       prospects for the ______ SDI opportunity to be placed within The UsuryFree Network and 26 names
                       of potential preferred customers of regular monthly shopping items. Half of these names will be
                       provided immediately and the rest will be forwarded as soon as possible.

3.                    The UsuryFree Network shall be gifted a 39% commission of each SDI paycheque made payable
                       to _________ for the networking and the closing of the retail sales. ______________ will retain
                       61% of each SDI paycheque. From this 61% ______________ will commit to contributing 13%
                       to The UsuryFree Network for its mission. Likewise Tommy-Usury: Free who signed this contract and
                       contributed to the success of ___________'s ______ SDI pyramid will contribute 13% of the 39% to
                       The UsuryFree Mission.

4.                    ___________ will definitely agree to begin the process of "re-education" for FREE from The
                       Cyberclass Network <www.cyberclass.net> and continue to refer people there as well as to the
                       _______ SDI opportunity as promoted by The UsuryFree Network. Any time after the pyramid of 13
                       is constructed, _________ retains the option of cancelling this Memoradum of Understanding
                       and taking full control of her SDI  enterprise and thereby retaining 100% of any commissions
                       while committing to continue to gift 13% of each SDI paycheque to The UsuryFree Network for the
                       continuing and expanding mission of ushering in a new age of "peace and plenty" with a "usury-free"
                       currency.

5.                     Both __________ and The UsuryFree Network agree to keep all expense receipts incurred to build
                       her SDI enterprise so that ____________ can maximize her income tax deductions - should she choose
                       to file an income tax in the future.

6.                    Both parties accept to sign this Memorandum of Understanding.
