FYI: While there are still a number of individuals who are before the courts, most of are proud to be Participants in a group of "Tax protestors and other difficult situations" that is called $hareholders of Canada Educational Initiative.

Of those that you have named, four are Participants, over the past five months and to date, varying degrees of success have been experienced by: 

                        Garett: Tanner ($hareholders Participant)- Requirement to Provide Information not valid

                        Lloyd: Stanley            ditto                   - Stayed - likely reason - defendant too knowledgeable

                       Dr. :Lenard: Gagne     ditto                   - Stayed - likely reason-"Tax protestors and similar difficult situations"

                        Russell: Porisky         ditto                   - acquitted/dismissed - likely reason - defendant too knowledgeable

                        Michael: Pfander         ditto                   - dismissed - insufficient evidence - defendant too knowledgeable   

                        David-Marlon: Voth                               - acquitted - no mens rea ( no guilty mind or intent to commit a crime)

                        Jozef: Rudolf               ditto                   - stayed - without reason - likely because defendant too knowledgeable 

                                            

Amongst those other Participants who are still before the courts we have:

                         Kevin: McElheran                      ditto                 - Appealed by Crown (via RCMP Major Drug Unit???)

Proof is now available confirming the fact that the CCRA and Justice Canada are "targeting" individuals who have involvement

as, or in "Tax Protestors and similar difficult situations", such actions are outside of the authority of the Minister of National Revenue as it cannot be demonstrated to be a "genuine and sincere concern over the tax liability of the accused" and therefore becomes a form of "Malicious Prosecution". Any prosecution initiated for these purposes are related to "collateral issues" and are NOT for the "purpose of the administration and enforcement of the Income Tax Act".

Better yet, not a single federal "Crown" prosecutor has been able to provide the "authentic Statute at Large" that is referred to as the "Income Tax Act". The "Publication of Statutes Act", requires the Feds to publish every Act of Parliament through the "Queen's Printer" (now privatized as Canadian Government Publishers). By not doing so it denies the individual the Right to see the Law.

Also, people need to look at section 19 of the Canada Evidence Act which states that only copies from the "Queen's Printer" are "evidence of the Act and of it's content". What they have been relying upon is a copyright protected product of commercial gain that consists of a compilation of private opinion/ideas comprised of clearly ambiguous language and containing an "Important Disclaimer" that it may contain errors and omissions, it is then SOLD as the "Income Tax Act" but this is NOT

the Law!!!!!!!!!!!        At the present time, the "Income Tax Act" has little more than "mythical" force and/or effect.

For the Justice is in the honest expression of the Truth.

This is fourth failing-to-file case in the last month in which the Crown Counsel has thrown in the towel. Something all four have in common is that the Crown hasn't had the simple courtesy to give a reason for the stay. A stay is not really a clear victory. But for those who are worn out coping with the insolence of monolithic Big Brother, it'll do.

A stay is kind of a way of "winning ugly". Thus, it's fair to say Detaxers are on a winning streak. Somebody check the CCRA~RevScam site for me, will you, and find out how much play they give Mr. Rudolph!

The stays are : Lenard Gagner in Vancouver ; Alistair Pirie in Victoria ; 
                       Lloyd Standly in Cranbrook ; Joseph Rudolph in Creston. 

                       Also, Russ Poreski in Abbotsford with an acquital, for which I have no details yet ; and

                       David Voth in Saskatoon Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench,  on April 6 2001before Judge Hucilak,   

                       acquitted when the judge ruled that the Crown had failed to prove Mr. Voth had any "mens rea = intent to

                       commit a crime" for the sake of him only continuing to ask questions.
